A long-term home office should ideally be a separate space in your home that is properly outfitted for work. We do as much of the following as we can to create an effective, safe workspace for the long term.

WHAT WE DO:

Identify what you need – What you will need in your office depend on the type of work you do. We create a detailed list of your need for your home office and set up a space that meets those requirements.

Choose Dedicated Area – Ideally your office space should be in a quite area that allows you some privacy. A room with a door can reduce noise from rest of the house.

​

Lighting – We set up your home office so it has plenty of light, also we do our best work if some of that includes natural light. Bright light improves productivity and alertness. Working in a space with natural light can reduce headaches and eye strain, also increase in productivity.

Chairs & Table – Your space needs a desk or a table that is at work height. We set up desks and tables have adjustable height. We provide you an adjustable professional chair, where you can set a precise fit for your body and workspace. We provide chair with adjustable height, which can roll, lumbar support for lower back, and ideally has adjustable seat pan tilt, arm height.

Other Equipment – We provide Keyboard, Mouse and a mouse pad. The keyboard/touchpad are fine as long as they are responsive to the touch and not the wrong size for your hands or the wrong height for your posture. We also provide Printer/Copier/Scanner for your home office.

Flooring – We outfit your home office with floor mats to promote safety and keep the work space clean & fresh. These mats come in wide range of colours to fit with virtually any design or decor.
